Disclaimer

Cash, credit/debit cards and PayPal (Bookings@eriecanalgrille.com) are accepted. Any function which cancels less than fourteen days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the $250 rental fee.

 

 

A $100 refundable deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded after conclusion of event and inspection of building.  Customers agree to be responsible and reimburse Erie Canal Bar and Grille for any damage to the property during an event, including costs for excessive clean-up made necessary by customer, customer’s guests, florists, decorator, or other outside agencies.

 

 

The full amount must be paid within 30 days prior to the event date, or if booked within thirty (30) days then the full amount is due at the time of booking, which includes the security deposit. Rentals are first come first serve; no dates will be held without a deposit.

 

 

The property does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings of rooms with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance unless approved in advance. The use of confetti and glitter is prohibited. The interior of the Pavilion is non-smoking.

 

 

Any property of the customer or the customer’s guests brought on to the premises of Erie Canal Bar and Grille and left at the conclusion of the event shall be at the sole risk of the customer. The property will not be liable for any loss or damage to such property for any reason.

Customers are responsible for the purchasing of all table covers, plates, napkins, utensils (if not provided by Caterer).

 

 

Preferred Caterers:

Arrangements with caterers will be set up directly through the customer. Delivery and/or setup time must be coordinated with the property in advance.

 

 

Beverage Service:

Erie Canal Bar and Grille holds a license granted by the PA Liquor Control Board and is responsible for complying with its regulations. Therefore, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Erie Canal Bar and Grille and neither customers nor guests are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages on business property.  Bartender rates are $15 an hour for each bartender.
